I understand that I am purchasing a Pet quality animal, and not necessarily a show quality or breedable quality animal. As such no guarantees are made regarding show or breeding qualities.

The purchaser promises to keep the animal in a proper manner.  If it should prove necessary for the animal to change hands, the breeder has prior purchase rights for a period limited to two weeks. After this time, the purchaser agrees to first contact the RD Ranch before relinquising the animal to an animal control or other similiar facility.

Purchaser understands that they have one week (7 calendar days) to have the animal examined, at the purchaser's expense, by a Veterinarian of their choice. Should the results of the examination be unsatisfactory, they may return the animal to the RD Ranch immediately for an exchange or refund. This must occur within the 7 calendar days. Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee. Additional fees may be charged for court costs, etc.

Seller assumes no liability or responsibility for expenses incurred including medical bills of any kind.

RESERVED SALES ONLY: To reserve an animal a NON-REFUNDABLE $50 deposit is required. The remainder of the purchase price falls due when the animal is taken over. If the animal is not taken over at the time agreed, a $10.00 per day boarding fee will be assessed until the animal is picked up or resold. If resold, any advertising fees will be deducted in addition to the boarding fees and any remaining money will be returned to the purchaser.
